Job summary

TPEG, Inc. is seeking a Behavioral Healthcare Technician I to provide direct care in a residential adult facility in Fresno, CA. You will assist with ADLs, monitor patient wellbeing, support treatment plans, and collaborate with clinical staff to ensure safe, therapeutic care.

The role requires strong multitasking, communication, and teamwork skills, with a focus on dignity, confidentiality, and patient-centered care. PM shift available; growth opportunities exist within the care team.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Strong multitasking and patient care skills.
• Ability to lead, communicate, and work in a team.
• Familiarity with equity/diversity initiatives.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Ability to work independently with guidance.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Observe and influence patient behavior positively.
• Support clinical team with crisis intervention and treatment plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document nursing observations and report progress.
• Maintain sanitation and prepare meals.
• Communicate patient progress in meetings.
