Qualifications

• High School diploma required; 2+ years’ experience working with clients with substance abuse and/or mental health issues.
• Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to collaborate with clinical teams.
• Ability to maintain client safety and provide a structured living environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client safety and monitor behavior during shift.
• Document client records and communicate with the clinical team.
• Transport clients to appointments and supervise meals.
• Support medication adherence and discharge processes.
• Engage clients in activities and de-escalate crises as needed.
