Job summary

Lifeskills Behavioral Health is seeking Behavioral Health Technicians to support clients at Osceola House in Deerfield Beach, FL. The role involves maintaining a therapeutic environment, documenting client progress, and collaborating with the clinical team to implement interventions. We require a high school diploma and 2+ years in relevant care.

Certifications in drug/alcohol support are preferred. Schedule includes day/evening shifts with potential weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Drug and alcohol certification preferred or willing to complete within orientation period.
• Requires 2+ years’ experience working with clients with substance abuse and/or mental health issues.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client safety and supervise daily milieu.
• Document in client records and communicate with clinical team.
• Assist and support clients with functional needs and activities of daily living.
• Transport clients to appointments and supervise meals and activities.
• Adhere to policies and procedures related to client care and safety.
• Greet clients and family members and provide customer service.
