Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise clients in a safe, therapeutic residential setting.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and EMR entries.
• Support clinical and nursing staff in daily operations.
• Assist with routines, meals, transportation, and activities.
• Ensure compliance with program rules and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to implement plans.
