Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking Substance Abuse, Mental Health and Psychiatric Technicians to service patients with addictions and mental health issues in the Quakertown area. The role includes rounds, vitals, client meetings, treatment interventions, goal setting, counseling and documentation.

This temporary position requires a High School Diploma or GED (or CNA), 2 years of mental health experience, 1 year with drug/alcohol or psychiatric patients, a valid driver’s license, and EHR experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or CNA certification.
• 2 years of mental health experience.
• Minimum 1 year with drug/alcohol or psychiatric patients required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Able to use an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Perform rounds and monitor vitals.
• Meet with clients, implement treatment interventions and set goals.
• Provide counseling and document progress in patient records.
