Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center at Lake Ariel is hiring Behavioral Health Technicians to support residents through detox and inpatient rehab, fostering a safe, compassionate recovery environment. You will help with daily routines and provide stable, empathetic contact for clients on their recovery journeys.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of experience in recovery field.
• Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily residential operations (i.e. Intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.)
• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities
• Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment
• Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures
