Hickory House Recovery is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to support the treatment team and implement person-centered plans. You will monitor clients, facilitate groups, document in the EMR, and help ensure confidentiality and professional boundaries.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and scheduling flexibility. A valid driver's license and insured transportation are required for community or transport-related duties.

Formación

• Requires a High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to learn quickly, multitask and communicate effectively.

• Scheduling flexibility including holidays and weekends is required.

• Must have a valid driver's license and insured transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and report client activities to the treatment team.
• Support implementation of person-centered treatment plans.
• Facilitate educational groups for recovery.
• Assist with residential treatment activities as needed.
• Document engagements in the EMR accurately and concisely.
• Ensure client attendance at sessions and meetings.
