Job summary

Dove Recovery is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to support clients across clinical programming and recovery housing. The role combines direct client care with coordinating housing tasks, ensuring safety, and assisting treatment teams to implement plans.

Schedule is Monday through Friday with potential evenings and weekends as required, with an hourly wage based on experience. You will perform drug screenings, monitor progress, document in records per Medicaid and agency policies,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CRS training (preferred).
• CPR and First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain).
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and related laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to clients in clinical programming and housing settings.
• Monitor client progress and report behavioral changes to the treatment team.
• Coordinate and implement individualized treatment plans with the clinical staff.
• Document services and maintain records per Medicaid and agency policies.
• Conduct drug screenings and monitor for signs of substance use.
• Provide crisis intervention as necessary to maintain a safe environment.
• Assist clients with navigating treatment systems, scheduling, and documentation platforms.

1–2 years behavioral health experience

Education
