Appalachian Behavioral Healthcare is seeking staff to support adults in a residential setting. You will help with independent living skills, hygiene, medication management, budgeting, and social interactions, while maintaining safety and a supportive community.

The role requires de-escalation of crises, modeling professional behavior, and collaboration with team members to develop individualized service plans and document progress. Evening and weekend coverage may be required.

Formación

• Direct Support/Direct Care experience preferred? (as per job)
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent per Ohio code
• Valid driver’s license required for transporting consumers and activities

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with consumers to develop and implement individualized service plans.
• Monitor consumer progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean residential environment and document observations.
• Assist with daily living skills such as hygiene, budgeting, and meals.
• Transport consumers to appointments as required and accompany field activities.
