Job summary

Horizon House, Inc. in Philadelphia, PA seeks a Full-Time Manager for the Behavioral Health Services Division. Coordinate and supervise residents with mental health/forensic needs and lead weekend direct care staff to uphold a DBT-based milieu.

Collaborate with the Clinical Team to implement treatment plans and document progress, reflecting our mission and values. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 2+ years of supervisory experience, strong communication/writing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field with 2+ years mental health/forensic experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise weekend direct care staff and operate site during assigned shifts.
• Provide guidance for DBT milieu and reinforce treatment plans.
• Collaborate with Clinical Team to document residents’ progress and goals, ensure quality service.
