Qualifications include a B.A./B.S. in a related field, 1–2 years in MH/MR, and 2–4 years of supervision, plus crisis intervention and strong communication skills.

• B.A./B.S. degree preferred in Human Services/Social Sciences, Healthcare or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in MH/MR or related field.
• 2-4 years of supervisory experience.
• Crisis intervention/prevention and de-escalation skills required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
