CVS Health seeks a Behavioral Health Residential Coordinator to manage admissions and referrals for out-of-home residential services, coordinating with behavioral health homes, providers and care teams. You will ensure timely access to appropriate treatment settings and navigate facility challenges with clinical judgment and robust documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Arizona behavioral health system and network operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel highlighted).
• Willingness to travel up to 10% within Arizona.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate residential treatment facility referrals and admissions for members approved for out-of-home behavioral health residential treatment.
• Identify clinically appropriate participating residential treatment providers to support treatment goals.
• Manage referral process, track responses, and document facility activities.
• Collaborate with behavioral health homes, treating providers, and community partners for timely data submission.
• Monitor referral status and facility timelines to ensure timely access to care.
• Be primary point of contact for residential providers and internal stakeholders.
• Respond urgently to disruptions, denials, or changes by coordinating alternatives.
• Participate in utilization management rounds and case reviews.
• Facilitate meetings with residential providers to improve outcomes and collaboration.
• Support continuity of care with Care Management, Utilization Management, and Quality Management.
