Anuvia Prevention & Recovery Center in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Clinical Manager/Counselor (LCAS Required) for its residential program. The role combines hands-on clinical leadership with program management, supervising counselors and ensuring ASAM Level 3.5 care meets regulatory standards.

The position requires LCAS licensure, a Master’s degree in human services or related field, and a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule. Salary ranges from $65,000 to $86,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services or a closely related field is required.
• Full LCAS licensure required; experience supervising clinical staff preferred.
• Ability to manage admissions, treatment planning, and discharge in residential settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to counselors and clinical staff.
• Oversee admissions, ongoing reviews, discharges, and transitions of care per ASAM and NC Medicaid.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and documentation in the EHR.
