Anuvia Prevention & Recovery Center is hiring a Licensed Counselor for the Valerie C Woodward Community Resource Center in Charlotte, NC. This full-time role provides walk-in mental health support, delivering up to eight counseling sessions and coordinating ongoing care in person or virtually.

The position requires LCAS/LCMHC/LC S W/LMFT licenses, a Master’s in counseling or social work, and NC licensure. Strong EHR skills, collaboration with Mecklenburg County, and ongoing care planning are

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Clinical Social Work, or related field approved by NC licensing board.
• LMFT/LMFT-A required.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• Valid NC or SC Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Provide walk-in, same-day counseling sessions at the CRC; no appointment required.
• Offer individual, group, and family counseling for clients with SUD and/or co-occurring mental health disorders.
• Coordinate linkage to MAT, psychiatric, psychological, medical, and community-based resources.
• Complete accurate, timely documentation in the EHR per state, agency, and federal requirements.
