Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or program leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of confidentiality requirements, HIPAA and related privacy laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of facility operations.
• Maintain a consistent leadership presence across the facility.
• Ensure safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance of programs.
• Supervise facility managers and staff; manage staffing and performance.
• Collaborate with clinical, nursing, revenue cycle, and admin teams.
• Drive quality, patient experience, census, and program growth.
