Job summary

I Am Boundless in Grove City, OH is hiring a Behavior Technician to support individuals with I/DD in a residential therapeutic setting. You will implement Applied Behavior Analysis, follow structured Behavior Support Plans, and engage residents in daily skills training and safety routines.

Responsibilities include crisis intervention when needed, documenting progress, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to promote independence and well-being.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to communicate in English.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support in a residential setting.
• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis programs.
• Follow structured Behavior Support Plans and safety routines.
• Respond to crises and safety incidents when needed.
