Job summary

I Am Boundless in Dayton, OH is seeking a Behavior Technician to work in a residential therapeutic setting, supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. You’ll implement structured behavior plans and ABA, with ongoing staff supervision and crisis intervention as needed.

Minimum qualifications include 18+ and a high school diploma; strong English communication is required. Benefits are available to support career growth and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate in English, including both spoken and in writing.

Responsibilities

• As a Behavior Technician, you’ll work directly in a residential setting with individuals needing behavior stabilization for autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilities; you will supervise and implement Applied Behavioral Analysis and structured Behavior Support Plans; crisis intervention is possible for self-injury or disruptive behavior.
