Job summary

Exponential Power in the South Atlanta area is seeking an Electrical Apprentice to support residential battery energy storage installations externally on homes, working alongside an experienced Journeyman Technician. These systems provide backup electricity for homes and are part of an expanding energy storage offering.

The ideal candidate is dependable, eager to learn, comfortable working outdoors, and ready to be an active member of the installation team.

Responsibilities

Assist Journeyman Electricians with residential battery energy storage installations.
Measure, cut, and prepare PVC conduit and materials for installation.
Load, unload, and organize tools and materials at job sites.
Perform general job-site preparation and cleanup.
Assist with wiring, connections, and other electrical installation tasks under the direction of a Journeyman.
Follow established installation procedures and safety requirements.
Learn proper electrical installation techniques, tools, and equipment.
Help the team complete approximately two installations per day, depending on project requirements.
Be willing to learn new equipment, processes, and technologies as the business expands.
