The role requires supervising daily routines, documenting progress, and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team. Evening and night shifts are part of the schedule, with a strong focus on safety and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Texas driver's license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain a safe and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and support with daily living activities.
• Deliver active treatment services as scheduled.
• Promote a positive, safe, and home-like environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the home.
• Complete required daily documentation, including activity notes, progress notes, and medication inventory.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members.
• Assist individuals in developing independence and daily living skills.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
