Job summary

Oaklawn Psychiatric Center in Goshen, IN seeks PRN Residential Assistants to support clients in a group home, with evenings, nights and weekend shifts.

What You’ll Do as a Residential Assistant:

We are looking for PRN Residential Assistants for our group home in Goshen. Evening and overnight shifts available.

The primary work duties include:

• Assistance in maintaining daily routines.
• Providing skills and support to enable clients to regain coping abilities, enhance independent living skills, and prevent further disability.
• Creating a therapeutic milieu to facilitate treatment
• Will interact with community contacts, physicians, pharmacists, professionals, family members and center staff on the client's behalf.

Requirements for a Residential Assistant:

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelors degree preferred.
• Experience with targeted population a plus.
