Job summary

SV Design, Architecture + Interiors in Winchester, MA is seeking a personable, highly organized Project Manager to coordinate client relations, design development, and construction administration for award-winning projects.

You will lead schedules, mentor designers (AD1/AD2), ensure quality and budget controls, and maintain coordination with consultants. The role is in-office with core hours 9am–3pm and requires authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of professional architecture experience.
• Residential focus with strong AutoCAD proficiency.
• In-office position based in Winchester, MA (Core hours 9 AM–3 PM).
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Professional degree from a U.S. accredited architecture program; licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects from concept to construction.
• Serve as the primary liaison for clients and consultants.
• Review design development for technical accuracy and constructability.
• Conduct site visits, manage RFIs and submittals.
• Mentor junior staff (AD1/AD2).
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and codes compliance.
