In this role, you are the heartbeat of the project, serving as the primary liaison for clients and taking full responsibility for quality, coordination, and team management. You are managing a schedule, mentoring the next generation of designers, and ensuring that our award‑winning design translates perfectly into the built environment.

What You'll Do

• Project Leadership: Lead multiple projects through all phases, from initial concept to construction completion.
• Client & Consultant Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and consultants, ensuring fully integrated and coordinated project documentation.
• Technical Oversight: Oversee Revit‑based (commercial) or AutoCAD‑based (residential) design development. You will review architectural details for technical accuracy and constructability.
• Construction Administration: Participate in site visits, manage RFIs/submittals, and serve as the owner's representative during construction.
• Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior staff (AD1/AD2 levels), fostering an environment of technical excellence and constant learning.
• Quality & Budget Control: Monitor project schedules, budgets, and compliance with building codes and zoning standards.
