Job summary

SV Design, an award-winning architecture and interiors firm based in Beverly, MA, seeks an Architectural Project Manager to lead mid- to large-scale commercial, institutional, and multi-family projects from concept through construction.

You will serve as the primary client contact, guide design development, coordinate with consultants, and mentor junior staff while ensuring project quality, schedules, and budgets are met.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited program; licensure preferred.
• 8-12 years of experience with commercial, institutional, or multi-family projects.
• In-office position based in Beverly, MA; commuting within reasonable distance.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept through construction completion.
• Collaborate with firm leadership to develop thoughtful, high-quality design solutions.
• Oversee existing conditions documentation, site measurements, and early design coordination.
• Guide and mentor junior staff through redlines, sketching, and project oversight.
