Job summary

Charlie & Co Design, Ltd. in Minneapolis seeks a full-time Architectural Drafter / 3D Visualization Specialist to work with Project Designers and Principals on designs at all phases.

Candidates should have 3+ years of residential drafting experience and strong skills in SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office; MicroStation or ArchiCAD is a plus. Compensation is commensurate with experience and PTO is offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience drafting residential Construction Documents.
• Team-oriented, self-motivated and well organized with strong graphics and communication.
• Proficiency in SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office; MicroStation or ArchiCAD a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop project designs at all phases with Project Designers and Principals.
• Collaborate to produce residential Construction Documents and 3D visuals.
• Support fast, accurate, and detail-oriented drafting workflow.
