Job summary

Charlie & Co Design, Ltd. in Minneapolis seeks a full-time Architectural Drafter / 3D Visualization Specialist to work with Project Designers and Principals on designs at all phases.

Candidates should have 3+ years of residential drafting experience and strong skills in SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office; MicroStation or ArchiCAD is a plus. Compensation is commensurate with experience and PTO is offered.

• Team-oriented, self-motivated and well organized with strong graphics and communication.

Description

Charlie & Co Design is a full-service residential design firm established in 2008, specializing in new homes, cabins, additions/remodels, and historic renovation projects. We are seeking a qualified individual for a full-time Architectural Drafter / 3D Visualization Specialist. This position works directly with Project Designers and Principals to develop project designs at all phases.

Candidates should have 3+ years of experience drafting residential Construction Documents and knowledge of residential building techniques. We’re looking for individuals who are team-oriented, self-motivated, organized, and have good graphic and verbal communication skills.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate proficiency and efficiency in SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office. Proficiency in MicroStation or ArchiCAD is a plus but not required.

Compensation is commensurate with experience and demonstrated knowledge. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and PTO.
