This position is for an EXPERIENCED RESIDENTIAL APPLIANCE TECHNICIAN only with a minimum of 2 years field experience and may qualify for a sign on bonus. (Technicians with fewer years experience please contact us as we have other positions available as well.)

We provide continuing factory and in house training.

Requirements include:

1. Excellent customer service skills.
2. Must be willing to cross train on other products.
3. Must be mechanical and have excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
4. Must be computer literate, great with details, numbers, and accuracy.
5. Must be punctual, courteous, and well groomed.
6. A background, drug and driving screening will be required.
7. Refrigeration experience and an EPA license required.
8. LEAD TECHNICIAN POSITION after training.
9. Minimum 2 years Appliance Service in the field is Required.

We can assist with relocation costs to Northwest Ohio or Southeast Michigan.

Pay: 23.00-35.00 per hour with bonuses and tips. Starting pay is based on experience and skills. Pay increases after training. No commission and no selling required.
