Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests for appliance service.
• Evaluate and diagnose home appliance problems.
• Estimate costs for repair, service, and installation.
• Repair appliances (washers, dryers, ovens, refrigerators, etc.).
• Provide preventative maintenance and warranty services.
• Adhere to manufacturer recommendations.
• Teach homeowners how to operate their appliances.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records.
• Clearly communicate findings, needed repairs and next steps.
• Take basic photos and notes for each job.
• Maintain professionalism when interacting with tenants and property managers.

Customer satisfaction is a top priority.This position is open to appliance repair technicians, or those experienced in both appliance repair and HVAC (preferred).
