The candidate should have 3+ years of residential maintenance experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license, with proficiency in basic tools and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of residential multifamily property maintenance experience.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Basic tools to perform routine maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain residential apartment homes and common areas on the property.
• Perform repairs to plumbing, electrical, appliances and other systems.
• Install flooring such as tile and laminate.
• Participate in on-call emergency response as per policy.
• Oversee unit turnovers and repairs to reoccupy apartments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned in the job description.
