Job summary

Odin Management LLC, a Real Estate Development and Property Management company, is seeking a talented Apartment Maintenance Technician for our multifamily community in Rantoul, IL. You will organize, prioritize, and complete resident work orders and turnovers, utilizing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills.

On-call rotations and coordinating parts with the Property Manager are part of the role. Two years of maintenance experience plus a neat, professional appearance and reliable

Qualifications

Two years of maintenance experience required.
HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry skills needed.
EPA Type 2 certification a plus.
Must be neat, professional and reliable; attendance is essential.

Responsibilities

Organize, prioritize and complete resident work orders and turnovers.
Maintain a count of outstanding work orders and report to the Property Manager daily.
Keep the maintenance area neat and clean.
Work on-call rotations for maintenance emergencies.
Coordinate with the Property Manager on purchasing parts/materials.
