Job summary

Delta-T Group in Oakland Gardens, NY is seeking Direct Support Professionals to implement person-centered services for individuals in the DDD population. The role focuses on supporting goals and community inclusion while ensuring the individual’s physical and emotional well-being.

Schedule is Mon-Fri 8:30am-3:30pm with competitive compensation of $18-$19 per hour. This TEMP TO PERM opportunity offers professional growth and access to a broad client network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or its equivalent.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience working with the DDD population.
• Possess strong teaching skills with emphasis on individuals who are emotionally, behaviorally, physically and/or developmentally challenged.
• Ability to complete and pass clearances.
• Experience in the principles and application of Applied Behavior Analysis (preferred).
