Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, toileting, eating, transferring, and personal hygiene.
• Support residents with instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs) such as laundry, room organization, transportation, and belongings.
• Respond promptly to call bells and communicate needs to nursing staff; document timely and accurately.
• Follow infection control, safety, HIPAA, and resident rights policies.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition.

Concordia at SpiriTrust Kelly Drive is seeking compassionate and dependable Nursing Assistants to provide quality care and support to residents in a caring, team-oriented environment. This role assists residents with daily living activities, promotes resident safety and dignity, and helps create a positive living experience.

Available Positions:

• 1st Shift: Part Time; 7am-3pm

We are currently hiring part time positions for 1st shift.

Responsibilities for a Nursing Assistant:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, eating, transferring, and personal hygiene
• Support residents with instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs), including laundry, room organization, transportation, and personal belongings
• Respond promptly to resident call bells and communicate resident needs or concerns to nursing staff
• Complete documentation accurately and timely
• Follow infection control, safety, HIPAA, and resident rights policies
• Observe and report changes in resident condition

Qualifications for a Nursing Assistant:

• Caring, compassionate, and resident-focused attitude
• High school diploma, GED, or active status on the Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry
• Must be at least 18 years old
