The Residential Aide Coordinates and ensures the overall safety and security of the facility. Coordinates and verifies client movement in the facility in conjunction with other operation staff, while also monitoring the client conduct and overall behavior during tour of duty.
Pay: 21.64 an hour- approx. $45,000 annually.
FLSA: Non-exempt. Eligible for overtime.
Schedule: SHIFTS 8am-4pm, 4pm-12am,12AM-8AM
Location: ALL LOCATIONS NYC
These duties are essential and specific to the successful implementation of this position.
Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Must be willing to work flexible hours, nights and/or weekends and overtime if necessary.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience working in related field preferred.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in English required. Multi-lingual and Spanish proficiency prioritized.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to prioritize, make appropriate decisions and judgment calls, and perform proper notifications.
Physical Performance: Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (up to 50lbs), tour property, walk distances, and climb stairs (up to 3-4 flights).
