Job summary

Recovering Hope Treatment Center in Mora, MN is hiring a Residential Advocate for a part-time role (up to 16 hours per week). Shift is 7am–3pm with Fridays and every other weekend. You’ll support women and families affected by substance use disorders and help create a safe, encouraging environment.

No prior experience is required; we provide training. Your compassion and reliability will help clients on their path to recovery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver\'s license needed.
• Basic computer literacy or comfort with technology required.

Responsibilities

• Be a source of hope and encouragement: assist with recovery activities and daily living tasks for clients.
• Be a role model: interact with clients, children, and families with compassion.
• Ensure safety and accountability: conduct room checks, transport clients, and maintain building security.
• Stay organized: keep client records updated and handle essential administrative tasks.
• Be part of their journey: assist with intake, discharge, and visiting hours.
