Job summary

Recovering Hope Treatment Center in Mora, MN is seeking a part-time Residential Advocate to support women and families reclaiming their lives from substance use disorders. The role runs 2pm–10pm with every other weekend shifts, offering on-the-job training for those new to healthcare.

No prior experience is required; compassionate, dedicated individuals will make a real difference. The position includes paid training and opportunities to grow in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Comfortable with computers and basic tech.

Responsibilities

• Be a source of hope and encouragement: Help facilitate recovery activities and support clients with daily living tasks.
• Be a role model: Engage with clients, their children, and families with compassion.
• Ensure safety & accountability: Conduct room checks, transport clients, and maintain building security.
• Stay organized: Keep client records updated and handle essential administrative tasks.
• Be part of their journey: Assist with intake, discharge, and visiting hours.
