Job summary

Recovering Hope Treatment Center in Mora, MN is seeking a House Advocate to support women on their recovery journey. This part-time role (evenings) involves assisting clients, coordinating daily administrative tasks, and serving as a respectful representative of the treatment staff.

You will help with medication administration, light housekeeping, meals, and safety monitoring, while maintaining a clean, secure environment.

Qualifications

• Background check required
• Ability to use computers/tablets for daily documentation/email
• Med sign-off ability required
• Servsafe Certification, training provided or obtainable

Responsibilities

• Empower clients and assist with daily activities
• Provide compassionate care and emotional support
• Administer medication and assist nursing team with health records
• Maintain safe, secure environment and monitor client activity
• Perform light maintenance/housekeeping and basic repairs
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals and keep kitchen safe
