Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Some college in Human Services preferred.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training required.

Responsibilities

• Meet at least bi-weekly with assigned students.
• Manage student incidents to protect all students from harm.
• Notes individual meetings with students addressing issues and plans to resolve problems.
• Notify other staff to coordinate services by memo, phone, or in-person.
• Dormitory inspections yield acceptable ratings.
• Participate in events, modeling professional employment skills for students.
• Ensure student folders are up-to-date with services provided and goals attained.
• Ensure student data is accurate and submitted within established timeframes.
• Maintain dorm accountability logs and other required reports on schedule.
• Other duties as assigned.
