Job summary

Adams and Associates is seeking a Residential Advisor to support Job Corps students at the Brunswick Center. You will guide and mentor students, deliver counseling, and help them build independent living skills while maintaining a safe dormitory environment.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, at least one year in Job Corps or related programs, and the ability to lift 40 pounds; overtime may be required. Advanced degree is preferred and a valid driver’s license is needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of Job Corps or related program experience.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds or assess load and request assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, counseling, group sessions, and independent living skills.
• Monitor dormitories to ensure safety and proper behavior; assist in upkeep.
• Prepare daily operations reports and maintain student files with documentation.
• Promote positive peer leadership and model Job Corps standards.
