Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise students in residential cottages during shifts, including evenings.
• Ensure safety and well-being of students at all times.
• Foster positive, supportive relationships with students.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care.
• Support adherence to daily schedules and cottage rules.
• Monitor activities and provide supervision during activities and trips.
• Document incidents and student progress accurately.
• Communicate with teachers, parents/guardians, and staff about needs.
