Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires strong interpersonal and communication abilities to interact with students, families, and staff.
• Experience or capacity to supervise and support students in a residential setting.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or obtainable on hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students in residential cottages during assigned shifts, including evenings.
• Ensure safety, security, and well-being of students at all times.
• Establish and maintain positive, respectful relationships with students.
