Formación

• Associate degree or higher in a related field and five years of maintenance experience.
• Two years in a lead or supervisory role overseeing staff.
• Experience maintaining multiple buildings or a campus environment.
• Ability to coordinate contractors and preventive maintenance programs.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, schedule, and oversee facility maintenance, repairs, and preventive tasks.
• Supervise HVAC equipment and building systems operations.
• Coordinate contractors for construction, repairs, cleaning, and services.
• Inspect campus facilities to identify safety and maintenance needs.
• Respond to urgent maintenance issues and emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and applicable codes.
