Management & Training Corporation (MTC) seeks a Residential Advisor at Tongue Point Job Corps Center in Oregon to support dorm life, lead activities, and assist students with daily stresses while building an inclusive community.

The position involves dorm events, patrols, and safety during evening and weekend shifts. Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork are essential; a high school diploma is required and a valid driver's license is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Dynamic team leadership and conflict interventions skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and computer proficiency.
• Valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and walk on uneven terrain.

Responsibilities

• Direct and assist with dorm activities and dorm competitions as designated by supervisor.
• Help students deal with daily stresses of dorm living and enlighten them to the perks of it.
• Prepare documentation including accountability of students and an activity log.
• Patrol and monitor dorm and grounds.
• Transport students to and from recreational functions.
• Assist in dorm recreational activities and conduct dorm meetings.
• Audit and ensure files are accurate and complete.
