Job summary

Shreveport Job Corps Center is seeking a Residential Advisor to provide a safe, supportive dormitory environment and to supervise daily activities for Job Corps participants aged 16–24. The role includes monitoring progress toward performance goals and enforcing center policies.

Responsibilities include mentoring students, ensuring punctuality, and maintaining proper preparation and attire for training days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• CPR/First Aid certification within the first 90 days.
• Ability to supervise and mentor students.

Responsibilities

• Follows integrity guidelines and protects student data.
• Provides supervision, behavior modification, and mentorship to students.
• Ensures students meet schedules, wake on time, and attend school/work.
• Ensures students are prepared for training days and dressed appropriately.
