The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license (preferred), and passing a drug screen. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred, with nationwide background checks required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record preferred.
• Required to pass a drug screen i n compliance with policy.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and AED certification preferred.
• Employment contingent on successful completion of a nationwide background check.

Responsibilities

• Provides safe, supportive environment in dormitory supervision of Job Corps trainees.
• Conducts dormitory operations per center policy and procedures.
• Provides daily supervision to students ages 16-24 to maintain order and discipline.
• Ensures dormitories are supervised 24/7 and rules/policies are followed.
• Maintains accountability of all residents and logs significant events.
• Acts as mentor to students and assists adjustment to center life.
• Documents student records and inputs relevant data.
