Job summary

Management & Training Corporation is hiring a Residential Advisor at Tongue Point Job Corps Center in Oregon. You will support students, lead activities, and help create a welcoming, inclusive environment that lets every student thrive.

Responsibilities include supervising dorm life, coordinating events, documenting incidents, and ensuring safety. A high school diploma, strong communication, and a valid driver's license are required; multiple shifts are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Dynamic team leadership skills and ability to handle conflicts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Direct and assist with dorm activities and dorm competitions as designated by supervisor.
• Help students deal with daily stresses of dorm living and enlighten them to dorm perks.
• Prepare documentation including accountability of students and an activity log.
• Patrol and monitor dorm and grounds.
• Transport students to and from recreational functions.
• Assist in dorm recreational activities and conduct dorm meetings.
• Audit and ensure files are accurate and complete.
