Horizon House, Inc. in Fairless Hills, PA seeks a full-time Residential Advisor to support residents in a community-based development setting within the Developmental Services Division.
You will provide care, supervise residents, help design and document Individual Program Plans, and encourage growth toward independence in daily living, self-care and social skills. A valid driver's license and a background in social/health fields are preferred.

Each year, Horizon House provides a continuum of services at over 100 sites to over 4,500 adults with psychiatric or developmental disabilities, drug and alcohol addictions, and/or homelessness. Currently, we are seeking a full-time Residential Advisor to work in our Developmental Services Division (Stanford Road, Fairless Hills, PA 19030).
