Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Residential Advisor for our Bensalem, PA location. The role involves supervising residents, keeping progress notes, and transporting residents to appointments.

The position runs on 1st shift weekends (Sunday and Saturday 7am-3pm) with a pay rate of $16.20 per hour. Responsibilities include medication administration, teaching daily living skills, and ensuring resident safety in a 20-bed facility.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma, or GED, is required.
• Must have an active driver's license with a clean driving record.
• One year of mental health or IDD experience with adults or children with behavioral health challenges is required.
