Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Program Lead to oversee day-to-day management of assigned programs within the Division. Reporting to the Program Manager, you will coordinate activities, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality services to participants. This role may involve managing a caseload.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School diploma or GED or 4–5 years of experience in a human services residential setting.
• 1–3 years of experience in a related role.
• Willingness to obtain NADSP Certification within first year of hire, if required.

Job description

Saturday and Sunday 9a-3p; Monday and Wednesday 3p-11p and Tuesday Administrative day; Off Thursday and Friday.

Description

The Program Lead plays a critical role in the day-to-day management and oversight of specific programs or services within their identified Division. Reporting to the Program Manager, this position is responsible for coordinating program activities, supervising program staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to program participants. This role may manage a caseload of their own.

Rate of pay - $19.48 OR $21.48 with the selection of enhanced pay.
