We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Residential Administrative Assistant to support a vibrant 112-unit property. In this key on-site role, you will be the primary point of contact for residents, handling work orders, maintaining property spreadsheets, and supporting leasing and retention efforts. To qualify, you must minimally have at least 1–2 years of residential property management or leasing experience. The ideal candidate brings excellent organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Yardi is a bonus!), and a passion for delivering excellent tenant experiences. salary: $23 - $25 per hour
