Job summary

Amego Inc. is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver ABA services in a residential setting in Franklin, MA.

You will work under the supervision of a BCBA to support individuals with ASD or developmental disabilities, promoting skill development and independence. Responsibilities include implementing BSPs, collecting data, assisting with daily living activities, maintaining a safe environment, and collaborating with the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Prior experience with autism or developmental disabilities strongly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable).
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in home and community settings.
• Implement BSPs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on target behaviors and skill acquisition.
• Support residents with activities of daily living, communication, and social interactions.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with BCBA and interdisciplinary team; attend trainings and supervision.
