Job summary

Hader Solutions is seeking an Air Conditioning Service and Maintenance Engineer (Residential) to service and repair domestic systems, carry out planned maintenance, and produce clear service reports. You will work on split/multi-split units, ensure compliance with F-Gas and TM44, and provide excellent customer service in occupied homes.

A valid UK driving licence and F-Gas Category 1 are required; salary ranges £45,000–£55,000 with overtime, company van, fuel card, tools, training, holidays,

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential air conditioning.
• Proficiency with split/multi-split systems.
• Strong fault-finding abilities.
• Good understanding of refrigeration cycles.
• Requires a valid UK driving license and F-Gas Category 1 certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on residential air conditioning systems.
• Diagnose and repair faults and complete service reports.
• Ensure compliance with F-Gas and TM44 industry standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service in occupied properties and maintain high first-time fix rates.
• Manage own schedule independently and use time and materials efficiently.
